Our gift baskets may contain products with nuts or nut-products,
or may have come into contact with nuts during processing and packaging.
Availability of Items:
We reserve the right to make substitution as necessary due to product availability and inventory stock.
According to Provincial & Federal laws, Prestige Baskets and More will not deliver wine to minors.
Proof of identification will be required upon delivery.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped
We are not liable for incorrect and incomplete addresses.
Ground Shipping is sent by Canada post and they will make one delivery attempt. If no one is home at the time of delivery it will be brought to the closest post office whereby the recipients can pick it up.
New shipping charges will apply to process returned orders.
All our prices are in Canadian dollars and will be settled in Canadian funds.

During the summer we may substitute chocolate in gift baskets traveling further distances. However, we are not responsible for melted chocolate or softened products due to heat.
Chocolate may be placed in the fridge to return to its original state.
The gourmet food in your gift basket will be best if eaten within 3 months from the time it is received. Many items will last longer, call us if you have a question about a specific item.
Orders may be canceled only before 72 hours from the time of order. Canceled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Please allow 3-4 business day for your order to be processed prior to shipping.
You may pay for your order using Paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account do not worry you still can process your payment following their instructions.
