Delivery Information

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery charges vary according to the size, weight and delivery location. During the ordering process delivery quotation are provided prior to completing the order.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or foreign addresses

Once a Parcel has been shipped it is not possible to change the address.

It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate recipient information. Such as address and telephone number. For apartment buildings it is crucial that the buzzer number, apartment and correct address as it appears at reception.  If a gift basket needs to be reshipped due to incorrect address information a surcharge will apply. Keep in mind that in certain remote areas the delivery time may vary.

No food products can be shipped to the United States.

***NOTE:  Courier Services and Canada post do not call the recipients prior to delivery

The recipient will be able to pick up their gift basket at the nearest Post Office.
 The recipient will have 2 weeks to claim their gift basket.
If the gift is not claimed within 2 weeks then it would get sent back to Prestige Baskets and More and there will be a reshipping fee. 
** A Signature is required by the recipient. (Gift Baskets are not left at the door )

Hospital Deliveries:

Prestige Baskets and More can assure you as to when the gift will be delivered to the hospital but we make no guarantees of when the hospital will transfer the gift to the patient. 
Please check your addresses carefully, paying special attention to street numbers and postal codes. Also, please make sure to provide the recipient's phone number so that we may confirm the address if necessary
